(5) Terms of License:

Only a continuation of ownership to the relevant Purchased NFT makes you eligible for the license described in Section 3 above. The license granted in Section 3 will instantly expire with regard to such NFTs without the need for notice, and you will no longer have any rights in or to the Art for those NFTs if you ever sell, trade, donate, give away, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Purchased NFT for any reason.You must send an email to ENZA™ at "[e-mail]" in the next fifteen (15) days with the subject line "NFT License - Commercial Use" asking for a discussion with ENZA™ regarding obtaining a broader license agreement or an exemption if your annual gross revenue exceeds the $100,000 cap stated in Section 3.B above (which may be granted or withheld in ENZA™ sole and absolute discretion)
